Louisana Waterthrush - one of the earliest warblers appearing in late March to April. This warbler loves muddy, swampy areas where it can prod its peak into the silt looking for tiny insects and worms. Its most distinguishing identification is the white - chalk line line above its eye and the bobbing tail as it forages.

Blackpoll Warblers - These warblers have the longest migratory path of all the birds. They leave South America and fly all the way to Alaska to nest. They are the last to come through in the spring and fall - signaling to birders migration is over.
